- Desktop dictation bridge (JOV-2277): added a guarded Electron dictation capability probe and preload/main IPC contract. Browser contexts keep the normal Web Speech path, stale Electron builds disable dictation quietly, and the desktop media permission handler now only allows audio-only requests from the trusted Jovie app origin.
