Pricing conversion actions now stay neutral instead of leaning on plan accent color.

- Pricing CTA neutrality (JOV-2886): replaces the legacy home pricing Pro CTA accent variant with the neutral primary button, removes colored plan-card glows from reusable marketing pricing cards, and adds focused guards so pricing conversion actions cannot drift back to purple/blue/accent fills.
