Chat transcript entity chips now reserve stable width and thumbnail slots for long labels and fallback accents.
Fixed
- Transcript entity chip stability (JOV-2830): bounds transcript chip width, keeps fallback accent dots and resolved thumbnails in the same reserved slot, and adds a System B guard for long-label truncation and media stability.
